WITL:Thursday and links

Not many pictures were taken today; it turned out to be very busy and I kept forgetting to keep the camera with me throughout the day.

Another testament to the whole "I need a new short term memory" claim. Perhaps I should google "ways to improve short term memory". I feel like I've already said that, but I can't remember if I have or not.

One more thing: I have no idea how people with digital SLRs do this project. I have a hard enough time taking pictures with my little point and shoot that fits in my pocket (depending on the pants I'm wearing) and keeping up with where I left it last that I can't imagine trying to lug the thing around everywhere I go for a week.

Don't get me wrong. I'd love a digital SLR. So anyone out there wondering what they could get me for Mother's Day, my birthday, Christmas, and all the other gift giving holidays for the next 5 years, that would be just fine.

Just so you know.

On to Thursday.
Making bread. I have the best recipe for white bread that I got from (who else?) Melanie. So good.

Tyler. Finished with his third breakfast of the morning. Seriously. My kids eat like crazy.

Gotta tackle the scrap room-this is after about two hours of clean up from a different day. It was bad. Really, really bad. I caught up on A.I.'s final six performances and elimination while organizing. I am rooting for Lee.

Little man with his Umi goggles on looking for a buried thermos. Umizoomi is his favorite show right now, and I love to hear him respond to the shows prompts. That is something the girls never really got into. Not Tyler. He goes right along on cue. I was lucky to catch this one.

I have gotten a couple of you asking for links to more info about WITL, so here goes:

For the basics, read this first.

Then to be totally overwhelmed with it all, follow this link and enjoy the reading.

Don't freak out though. Just do one thing at a time (like take your pictures and notes to document your life for a week) then worry about how you're going to put it all together later.

It really is a cool undertaking.

Totally worth the effort.

I am in need of a bread recipe. Mind if I ask to borrow your/Melanie's???

Also, I own a dSLR and I LOVE it! You get used to the mass of it in your hands after awhile. Then, it feels weird to go back. Are you much into photography?
