AWITL-Wednesday

Wednesday. I {heart} Wednesdays.

Not.

Not all was terrible though.

This is Tyler's version of the "evil eye" while eating blueberry waffles. Blurry, but life will go on.

Me making more waffles. We need a four slot toaster. I'm positive that would save me a lot time in the morning.

Isabel's lunch. She eats a lot a lunch. She eats a lot all the time.

Where does it all go?
Ah, yes. It takes a lot of energy to maintain this level of enthusiasm throughout the day. It all makes sense now.

Yes, we also have return of the snaggle tooth. Trying to get this kid to pull out a tooth out is like...well, pulling teeth. Ironic.
A rare shot of dad; checking his email.
Shoes. Time to get in the car.

Later I had to wake this little one up to go get her sister from school.

Almost an hour late, but I didn't know that yet. I was at home obliviously taking pictures of my dreamy baby.

I even picked up the mail and Camilla was so surprised to receive an early birthday card from her grandparents in Hawaii. She hopes to visit them someday very soon.

I do to.

There's nothing that a little snickerdoodle won't fix. Mommy forgot you at school today? Here. Have a snickerdoodle. She was how late? Here. Have another.

One thing that I have noticed doing this is that I am done taking pictures at dinner time. I gotta work on documenting the bedtime routine.

It's fun seeing you ditl--I've been wanting to do it, but afraid to I suppose...afraid of exposing my dirty house (how do you keep everything so perfect Miss Audrey?). As for the Wednesday forgetfulness (I've done it too, I set my alarm on my phone now so I don't forget every week...), does the school not call you? So she just sits outside for an hour? Justin has learned to march himself back into the school and ask the office lady to call me! haha!

Oh Melissa, I am SO FAR from perfect it's not even funny. Truth be told, we are putting the house on the market so we have to be ready at an hour's notice to show it. Oy. I am realizing however that it is easier to maintain neatness than to try to create it from scratch every morning. I guess Mom and Dad may have had a clue what they were talking about after all. Dang it.

Yeah, the school does call, but we're feuding with AT&T, AGAIN, so we currently don't have a home line. I also forgot to update the emergency cards with my new cell phone number (go me!). So after trying to get a hold of me with no luck they called grandma. Fortunately she knew that by the time she got there I'd be there to pick Kate up at the normal time. In the mean time Katie waited in the office. Sigh. Did I mention April has been crazy?
