seriously?

I so need this:

I've been feeling a little Family Home Evening inadequate lately.

I know it (FHE) doesn't have to be anything elaborate or complicated, but some days it's all I can do to keep it together until dinner, let alone bed time.

Preparing a lesson, teaching, and making refreshments is all a little much when I think about it at 4:30 Monday afternoon. I'm usually still trying to come up with what we're going to have for dinner at that time. Oy.

Sounds like my life could use some organization, no?

Yes.

So this blog is dedicated to making FHE easier. With monthly themes and coordinating songs, lessons planned, it is sure to take some of the pressure off of my shoulders. I highly suggest you go check it out. I am very excited about this.

And seriously? With Emilie Ahern at the reigns, I know it's gonna be good. This woman does everything. Scrapbooking (how I first found out about her), entertaining, photography, writing, web site design, cooking, sewing and crafting. She rocks.

Even more? She's hysterical, real, and witty. I would say I wished we lived in the same city so we could be good friends, but I don't think that would happen if we did. I am simply not that cool. Not that I don't think I'm cool, but I'm certainly not that cool. I'm on more of the dorky side.

Lurking her multiple blogs will have to suffice my girl crush.

Family Home Evening may just turn out to be a resolution that I'm able to keep in 2010 thanks to her!
