A few days ago I saw a post on Facebook that I could relate to. A friend was having a bad day. I don't know what was going on or the details of why it was so terrible, but as the day progressed I couldn't help but be amazed at how many other people were also having a tough day.
After having some uncharacteristically craptastic days myself, I know what it's like to be down.
So just in case today is that day for you, just remember that:
The rainbow comes after the storm
Set backs are only set ups for a come back,
and last but not least,
MAKE it a good one!
