now this I can do

Every year about this time I get all excited about Ali Edwards' December Daily albums. If you have no idea what I am talking about you seriously need to click here and here and look at everything. You will come away inspired, no doubt about it. I just love her style.

Every year I think "I love mini albums and Christmas! It's perfect for me!" And every year I start putting one together.

And every year I get farther and farther behind.

And every year I get discouraged and wonder why it is so hard for me to finish a stinkin' mini book documenting our family at Christmas time.

Oh the frustration.

But look at what I found today:

Stacy Julian posted this project yesterday and I am in love. It's not as creative or visually complex as Ali's, and that is exactly why I love it. It is right up my alley; a small photo album, paper, tabs, photos, memories.

I am going to go buy a little 4x6 album, cut all my paper and assemble the pages (maybe I'll do that on Black Friday while all the crazies are out getting trampled by all the other crazies; no offense if you're a little crazy). Then I plan on writing the memory each day (on the tabbed pages) after I take the picture. After all the Christmas madness is done and over with I'll order my pictures from Costco and stick them with the appropriate memory. This I think I can do.

Ask me in a couple of months to see if I've finished. Good luck to me!

Speaking of easy mini albums, this one looks awesome for Thanksgiving. Just too many fun things to do in a day!

Happy scrapping!
