I want to be Sheri Dew. Ok maybe not Sheri Dew exactly, but after reading No Doubt About It I realize that it wouldn't hurt to be as confident, intelligent, or spiritual as she is. Holy smokes I am in awe of this woman.
This will be one of those books that I will read over and over and glean something new from every time. This time around I realized how easy it is for me to dismiss my importance as a wife and mother, my value as a daughter of God, and my purpose for being here right now. She wrote about how to remember who I am and how remembering that will change the way I go through my daily life. Her writing is inspiring and uplifting. Such a good read for me right now, needing a little extra boost as I may be feeling a little stretched... just plain good stuff.
You wanna borrow it? Let me know! I picked up the paper back version for seven bucks at Far West. Seriously, what a steal!

I've been looking for a good book to read. I'll check out amazon. Thanks for the idea--I think Sheri Dew is amazing and love her other books.
I'm reading one of her books right now too. I can't remember the name of it though and I can't reach it. I really like her too. She's in my brother's Stake and he said she's really intimidating.
Thanks for sharing with us Audrey, sounds interesting. I will have to check out that book store and buy a copy for myself. Definitely a steal, lol.
I have to confess, I've never read one of her books, but wanted to. I've always loved her talks.
Oh my goodness Audrey, I thought this book looked familiar to me, scratch my last reply, lol. I do have this book! I have the hard cover ones and I read it like four years ago, when my mother in law gave it to me to read, loved it! I also have Moment of Truth by Cheri Crane and Hearts Knit Together: talks from the 1995 Women's Conference by Green/Anderson/Dalton in hard cover, as well. If you or any one is interested in reading any of these please let me know.
