sometimes we gotta do things we don't want to do the things we do

Yesterday Isabel had to finish up her immunizations to register for school. She had two on this arm,

two on this arm
and her TB test is the bunny's nose.

She was very brave, almost excited on the way. Katie was buying into the whole thing, even began crying because it wasn't her turn to get shots. I assured her that she would get a chance on a different day. I think she was just fine later sitting next to me while Isabel was getting poked. I certainly didn't see her rolling up her sleeves and shoving her arms in front of the needles!
In the end, Isabel was registered today, very excited to visit her new school. Hopefully she'll actually get to go to this school; apparently there are class size limits and there are a lot of kindergartners this year. We'll keep our fingers crossed!

Wow, school days huh? I wanted to ask you are the school year around there or 9 months? Is kindergarten all day or half day? Mia will start school in a year.
