but in about 27 hours this guy will be in a jacuzzi of bubbling oil heated to a toasty 350 degrees. This will be the third or fourth year we've deep fried our Thanksgiving bird. It is so yummy!
Speaking of yummy, I just have to share this new found favorite:
Picked up a bag at Target (no surprise there, right?) and quickly found that there simply is not enough in one bag (notice it's empty). I seriously think this company is incapable of producing a mediocre product. Everything I've tried is so good, even the white chocolate truffles, and I am not a white chocolate girl. But this mint, it takes the cake. I wonder if they have some type of raspberry combo....mmm... I better stop before I put on another 15 lbs! Happy thanksgiving prep!
